GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Client Applications Specialist to join a leading consultancy firm.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, and has at least three years’ experience in case management, client onboarding, application processing, or operational client services, which will be considered a strong asset.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (such as financial services, legal, insurance, or professional services) is required, together with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and validating client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Managing client case files from onboarding through submission and follow-up
- Tracking application progress across all processing stages
- Coordinating application-related communication with clients and external advisors
- Identifying documentation gaps or compliance issues and initiating corrective action
- Liaising with internal operations, legal, and compliance teams to resolve case issues
- Ensuring quality control through adherence to internal procedures and checklists
