GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Client Processing Associate to join a leading consultancy firm. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Executing assigned case-processing tasks following approved procedures and control frameworks
  • Performing document intake, classification, and verification to ensure accuracy
  • Updating case statuses and processing milestones in internal systems
  • Requesting missing or clarifying information and tracking responses to completion
  • Monitoring processing queues and flagging priority or time-sensitive cases
  • Recording actions, decisions, and exceptions to maintain audit trails
  • Escalating deviations from standard procedures according to established guidelines

One must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, finance or a related field, whilst experience in operational, processing, or administrative roles that involve structured procedures and document management is considered an asset.

Ideally, candidates should have experience working in controlled or regulated environments that require accuracy and strict adherence to procedures. They must demonstrate the ability to follow defined processes, checklists, and instructions consistently, and manage routine, deadline-driven tasks across multiple cases or work queues.

Proficient use of Microsoft office applications and internal systems is required.
