One must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience in client services, service coordination or customer-facing support roles.
The ideal candidate can manage multiple client needs, communicate clearly, and follow through on tasks, with experience in regulated or professional services considered an advantage.
Proficient use of Microsoft office applications and internal systems or CRM tools is essential.

- Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients across core, ancillary, and supplementary services
- Coordinating service delivery and progress by liaising with internal and external teams
- Providing clients with clear guidance on service scope, requirements, and next steps
- Managing ongoing service communications, updates, and follow-ups to ensure continuity
- Reviewing service information for completeness and compliance with internal standards
- Identifying service issues, gaps, or risks and escalating them according to internal guidelines
