GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Manager – Citizenship to join a leading consultancy firm. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in sourcing, developing, and monitoring citizenship-by-merit projects
  • Preparing project summaries, merit narratives, and documentation packs
  • Tracking project milestones, escalating risks, and supporting client communications
  • Drafting sections of citizenship applications and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Scheduling meetings, calls, and review sessions, and maintaining databases
  • Collecting data for reporting and assisting Senior Project Managers with updates
  • Supporting portfolio management and day-to-day operational activities

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Law or related, with a Master’s or advanced degree considered an advantage. At least 1-3 years’ experience in project coordination, administration, client services  or regulated environments. 

Strong organisational and documentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively is essential.

This role requires proficiency in using Microsoft office, CRM and project tracking tools.
