GCS Malta is looking for a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join one of Malta’s leading corporate companies.
 

Responsibilities

  • Managing reception and welcoming visitors
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Scheduling meetings and managing room and parking bookings
  • Performing general administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintaining client records and office systems
  • Ordering office supplies and handling petty cash
  • Supporting senior staff with administrative work
  • Overseeing cleaning and maintenance services
  • Acting as main contact for Business Centre clients

The ideal candidate should hold an MQF Level 4 qualification, with 2 years of experience in a similar role being an asset. 

This role requires strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, along with proficiency in using MS office applications.
