The ideal candidate should hold an MQF Level 4 qualification, with 2 years of experience in a similar role being an asset.
This role requires strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, along with proficiency in using MS office applications.

- Managing reception and welcoming visitors
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Scheduling meetings and managing room and parking bookings
- Performing general administrative and office support tasks
- Maintaining client records and office systems
- Ordering office supplies and handling petty cash
- Supporting senior staff with administrative work
- Overseeing cleaning and maintenance services
- Acting as main contact for Business Centre clients
