The ideal candidate must have prior experience in building and equipment maintenance.
One must have knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling, with the ability to respond effectively to building and equipment emergencies. Applicants, must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and floor plans, and have a strong understanding of building safety regulations and security protocols.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate office software such as Microsoft office applications and AutoCad.

- Supporting the Properties Manager with daily operations and administration.
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers for projects and upgrades.
- Managing and scheduling maintenance tasks and supervising teams.
- Assisting with office leasing, tenant fit outs, moves, and handovers.
- Maintaining records, technical documents, and quality control.
- Responding to emergencies and coordinating follow-up actions.
