GCS Malta Is looking for a Qualified Person to work with one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. The candidate will be joining the QA team.
The ideal candidate should hold a tertiary-level degree in a relevant scientific discipline, meeting the criteria defined in EC/2001/83. A pharmacist qualification and/or experience as a Responsible Person will be considered an asset.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience performing QP duties within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective, compliant solutions are essential.
One must be able to communicate effectively across all levels and manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing batch release and certification, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Acting as primary quality contact for clients, addressing deviations and complaints.
- Reviewing and approving GMP and validation documents, including change controls and CAPAs.
- Leading and supporting audits and regulatory inspections.
- Providing technical guidance to teams to maintain compliance.
- Supporting quality initiatives, continuous improvement, and product launches.
