One must have strong strategic and operational IT skills, with experience delivering projects on time, managing budgets, and overseeing applications and infrastructure services.
Applicants should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, work well with global and cross-functional teams, and demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving ability, and experience in change and vendor management.

Responsibilities
- Defining and implementing short- and long-term IT strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
- Leading local execution of regional and group IT integration and transformation initiatives
- Supporting business profitability through effective management of IT services and solutions
- Managing daily IT operations and local business applications to meet operational needs
- Overseeing delivery of infrastructure services from internal teams and external providers
- Leading, motivating, and developing the IT team to ensure high performance
- Establishing clear communication channels between IT, management, and key stakeholders
