GCS Malta is looking for a Marketing Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers, specializing in iGaming and financial services.
The preferred candidate should have at least 4-6 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in IT services, information security or compliance.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM or marketing automation platforms, along with the ability to translate technical services into clear, compelling value propositions for customers.
Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in any other European language is an asset.

Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation and pipeline growth
- Planning, managing, and optimising digital campaigns across SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, email marketing, automation, and content marketing
- Managing website performance, including traffic growth, conversion optimisation, landing pages, and analytics
- Creating and managing digital content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, webinars, and thought leadership) aligned with service offerings
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting marketing KPIs using analytics and CRM tools
- Coordinating participation in industry events, including conferences, exhibitions, and webinars
- Managing pre-event promotion, on-site branding and collateral, and post-event lead nurturing activities
- Collaborating with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to align marketing with business objectives
- Managing external agencies, designers, and vendors as required
