GCS Malta is looking for a CEO to work with one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers, specializing in iGaming and financial services.
The ideal candidate should possess a legal qualification and have at least 5 years of experience in corporate services, trust administration, or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management or leadership role within a regulated environment.
Extensive knowledge of corporate structures, governance, and international business practices, combined with strong commercial acumen and proven experience in business development and driving revenue growth is essential within this role.
Ideally, one must have excellent leadership, people management and organizational skills with strong ethical standards and integrity.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing business strategies
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Monitoring industry trends, regulations, and competition
- Reporting operational and financial performance to the Board
- Building and maintaining stakeholder and client relationships
- Overseeing daily corporate services operations and processes
- Managing resources, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining due diligence
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the team
- Supporting client onboarding and resolving escalated issues
- Managing financial performance, cash flow, and profitability analysis
