GCS Malta is looking for a Channel Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers, specializing in iGaming and financial services.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel management, partnerships, or indirect sales, with a proven track record in building, managing, and scaling resell-focused partner programs for professional or technology services.
Ideally, one should have proven experience enabling partners to resell services under their own commercial terms, with a strong understanding of partner economics, commercial structuring, and long-term alliance management. Applicants should be structured, self-driven, and able to work independently in a lean organisation, with experience across Africa and/or the Middle East considered a strong advantage.
Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in any other European or regional language is an asset.

Responsibilities
- Identifying, onboarding, and growing resell partners using existing networks
- Building and managing a structured partner ecosystem focused on resell and white-label models
- Developing partnerships with corporate services, licensing, audit, cybersecurity, and regulatory advisory firms
- Defining partner engagement frameworks including commercial models, pricing, margins, and rules of engagement
- Enabling partners through onboarding, training, sales support, and ongoing relationship management
- Developing joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies for regulated industries
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams on campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and events
- Representing the company at partner meetings, industry conferences, and exhibitions
- Tracking partner pipeline, revenue, and performance KPIs in the CRM system
- Continuously refining the partner ecosystem based on performance data, feedback, and market trends
