GCS Malta is looking for a Business Development Manager to work with a leading engineering company in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in Malta.
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients within the engineering, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Leading proposal development, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborating with engineering and architectural teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
  • Reporting on sales pipeline, progress, and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with proven experience in business development. Experience within the engineering, architecture, or construction sectors is highly desirable.

This role requires sound knowledge of the Maltese or Mediterranean markets, along with strong negotiation and skills abilities with a result-driven mindset. 

Strong communication and presentation skills are required, and fluency in Maltese is mandatory.
