GCS Malta is looking for a Cost Controller to work with one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.
The ideal candidate should ideally have previous experience in a similar position.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills along with having a good eye for detail are essential within this role.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing, investigating, and explaining monthly cost budget variances
- Performing spot checks on invoice receipt and posting
- Analyzing monthly cost of goods to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitoring wastage and consumables costs to address overruns promptly
- Conducting stock-takes and spot checks across outlets
- Analyzing stock variances from physical counts and inventory cycles
- Closing and finalizing monthly consumption reports
- Driving process improvements to achieve targets and KPIs
The ideal candidate should ideally have previous experience in a similar position.
