GCS Malta is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers.
The ideal candidate must have completed payroll-related courses, whilst a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Experience with Shireburn Indigo payroll software is a strong advantage.
One must have strong organizational, time-management and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.

GCS Malta is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers.
Responsibilities
- Managing the monthly payroll process for multiple clients.
- Preparing engagement forms and documentation for new hires and terminations.
- Registering new clients and employees with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and Jobsplus.
- Processing terminations for local and foreign employees with the IRD and Jobsplus.
- Providing ongoing payroll support and advice to clients.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
