GCS Malta is looking for a Credit Controller to work with one of Malta’s leading security companies.
The selected candidate must hold basic accounting qualification, whilst 2 years' experience in credit control, accounts receivable or finance administration is considered an asset.
The role requires familiarity with debtor management, payment allocation, and basic financial reporting. Experience using accounting or ERP systems is considered an asset, while prior exposure to the construction, engineering, or related industries is viewed as an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making are essential, along with fluency in both Maltese and English.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring customer accounts and credit terms
- Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and letters
- Resolving customer and internal payment queries
- Posting and allocating incoming payments
- Processing reconciliations and set offs
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with procedures
- Supporting improvements in credit control processes
