GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Operations Executive to join one of Malta's leading media houses. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing station events, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Liaising with venues, suppliers, promoters, and sponsors.
  • Coordinating outside broadcasts and roadshows.
  • Managing event timelines, on-site operations, and equipment setup/breakdown.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinating production and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Reviewing marketing collateral for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Managing workflows, logistics, and operational processes.
  • Overseeing budgets, resources, and vendor negotiations.
  • Coordinating transport, crew scheduling, and equipment movement.    
  • Managing event inventory and promotional materials.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, company strategy, and safety standards.
  • Overseeing daily office operations and supplies.
  • Managing documentation, contracts, and event reports.
  • Assisting management with scheduling and coordination.
  • Maintaining organized records and filing systems.
  • Preparing and distributing the monthly office newsletter.

The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years' experience in events coordination, logistics or media environment, along with experience working with promotional materials and suppliers. 

This role requires a sound understanding of marketing principles and brand positioning, along with the ability to effectively coordinate between programming, sales, and marketing teams.

Strong organizational, teamwork and problem-solving abilities are essential within this role.
