GCS Malta is looking for an HR Coordinator to join a leading supermarket in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating employee personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensuring all HR documentation is audit-ready, with working knowledge of the Indigo system.
  • Supporting and coordinating work permit applications, renewals, and related registrations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six months’ experience handling work permit procedures and working within the retail sector.

One must have strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work within a team and independently. 

This role requires knowledge of Excel and Shireburn Indigo.
