GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Financial Systems Manager to join a leading consultancy firm.
The ideal candidate should hold an A’ Level, Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, with a Master’s or advanced degree considered an advantage. At least 3 years’ experience in project management accounting or administration within a corporate environment is preferred.
The candidate should have a proven track record of enhancing process and practice quality, with strong organizational and communication skills essential for the role.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.

- Supporting Finance and Operational Projects in driving new initiatives.
- Collaborating with departments to enhance daily operations.
- Maintaining and improving financial tools.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and tool enhancements.
- Developing and updating SOPs and guidelines.
- Reviewing practices and recommending improvements.
- Streamlining processes to boost efficiency.
- Providing administrative support to leadership.
