GCS Malta is seeking a Payroll Technician to join one of Malta’s leading financial companies. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll for multiple clients, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labour laws
  • Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR teams
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports
  • Responding to employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize payroll processes and enhance client satisfaction

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Certificate in Payroll Administration and previous experience in payroll processing and administration is considered an asset.

Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a high attention to detail is essential. 

This role requires proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft office applications, especially Excel.
