Sales Executive for HVAC & AE Sales

GCS Malta is looking for a Sales Executive for HVAC & AE Sales to work with leading contracting company in Malta.
 

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales team activities in the best interest of the company and its clients
• Maintaining records of enquiries, quotations issued, and contracts signed
• Keeping reports, product information, and supplier rates updated to meet client requirements
• Upholding the company’s professional image and standards
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts and orders
• Monitoring order progress and updating clients on project status
• Maintaining and updating the client database and communicating changes internally
• Preparing reports following client meetings and visits
• Following up on quotations within 48 hours and reporting delays to the Sales Manager
• Delegating daily responsibilities to the team when out of office
• Assisting with additional tasks as required by management

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in HVAC and AE sales or related technical sales environment.  

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems and proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
