GCS Malta is looking for a Spray Painter to work with one of Malta’s leading rental companies. 
 

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for spraying, including cleaning, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
• Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve uniform body colour.
• Applying paint using spray machines or handheld spray guns.
• Preparing surfaces by removing rust, loose materials, filling, sanding, and smoothing areas.
• Applying masking tape and coverings to protect areas not being sprayed.
• Selecting and attaching appropriate spray nozzles for desired patterns.
• Spraying machines, products, and surfaces using industry-standard techniques.
• Creating designs using stencils when required.
• Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment, cans, and nozzles after use.
• Inspecting and assessing spray coatings after drying.
• Meeting with clients and work managers to discuss design and colour choices.
• Staying updated on new products, techniques, and industry practices.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a sprayer, with solid knowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques.

This role requires strong awareness of safety procedures, excellent hand-eye coordination, and effective communication skills.
