GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Officer – Programme Management to work with a local public agency.
The ideal candidate should have an MQF Level 6 qualification in a related field with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, or an MQF Level 5 qualification with 5 years of relevant experience.
This role requires knowledge of AML/CFT and relevant international standards, along with sound working knowledge in using programme/ project management tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese is required.

Responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing multiple projects in line with national and international AML/CFT standards.
- Coordinating project teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Managing change processes, including prioritisation, conflict resolution, and dependency control.
- Developing and maintaining programme plans, budgets, and documentation.
- Identifying risks, performing risk analysis, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews and reporting on project performance.
- Managing procurement planning, contract reviews, and quality control activities.
