GCS Malta is seeking an HR Recruiter to work with one of Malta’s financial services industries. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including planning, job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, feedback, and recruitment administration.
  • Building strong relationships with line managers to understand business needs.
  • Assessing and collaborating with external recruitment agencies and search firms.
  • Preparing HR-related paperwork and supporting HR policies and procedures.
  • Processing employee requests and providing relevant information.
  • Posting job openings on social media and job portals.

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a University Degree in a relevant field, whilst a minimum of a years’ experience as an HR Generalist or recruiter is considered an asset.  

This role requires experience working in international environments and rapidly growing organizations, with a strong understanding of how to leverage social media effectively for recruitment. One should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish is a must.
