GCS Malta is seeking a Project Coordinator to work with one of Malta's leading retail companies.
 

Responsibilities

• Issuing, processing, and preparing client orders in the ERP system, including order confirmations and project documentation
• Managing orders through the Purchasing department and following up with suppliers on acknowledgements and lead times, resolving discrepancies proactively
• Coordinating deliveries and pick-ups to align with site readiness and installation schedules
• Liaising with after-sales and installation teams to schedule work, coordinate access, and monitor smooth execution
• Acting as the central point of coordination between Project Managers, suppliers, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure clear communication and timely updates
• Maintaining trackers for orders, deliveries, and installations, identifying risks or delays early, and supporting continuous process improvements

Applicants must possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fit-out, contract, joinery, or construction setting.

This role requires sound working knowledge on ERP systems and Excel, along with being confident in dealing with suppliers and internal teams. 

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a proactive mindset.
