GCS Malta is looking for a Spa Manager to join a leading hospitality group in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Maximizing financial performance through sales, payroll, stock, and expense control
  • Ensuring high guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Training spa and front office staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Planning and overseeing day-to-day spa operations
  • Executing and maintaining quality standards
  • Participating in management briefings as required
  • Scheduling spa operations and aligning with payroll forecasts
  • Driving initiatives to attract more customers, including membership programs
  • Coordinating training courses to enhance team skills in customer care, sales, and marketing
  • Setting targets for team performance in reputation, sales, and cost control
  • Identifying ways to reduce costs while maintaining high standards

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in spa or wellness management, along experience in customer service and client relations. 

This role requires good knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs and products, as well as the ability to manage budgets, inventory and financial reports. 

Strong leadership, team management and communication skills are essential with a high level of attention to detail.
