GCS Malta is looking for an HR Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading building services companies. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in preparation and administration of employment documents (contracts, amendments, terminations)
  • Supporting work permit and employment license processes for candidates
  • Maintaining and updating accurate employee records
  • Managing internal HR systems and databases
  • Supporting recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, admin)
  • Assisting with employee benefits administration and queries
  • Providing guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Supporting HR compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Preparing and organizing HR documentation for employment and regulatory purposes
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department
  • Assisting with reception duties to maintain a professional environment

The ideal candidate should strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 

This role requires strong task prioritization and structured working, with a proactive and supportive approach.

Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
