GCS Malta is looking for a Reservations & Customer Care Executive to work with a holding company within the hospitality, tourism, and development industry.

  • Managing boat ticket sales, bookings, and reservations for trips and charters 
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing accurate service information 
  • Coordinating transport arrangements and supporting charter operations 
  • Delivering customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment 
  • Maintaining accurate booking records and reservation systems
