The ideal candidate must be in possession of an MQF Level 6 in a relevant subject, with at least 5 years’ experience in HR.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, together with a proactive leadership approach, are essential.
Fluency in both written and verbal English is required.

GCS Malta is seeking an Assistant Manager – People & Culture to join one of Malta’s leading financial companies.
Responsibilities
- Supporting employees and managers with HR queries, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and engagement follow-ups.
- Coordinating performance management processes such as probation reviews, mid-year and annual evaluations, and tracking performance plans.
- Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Maintaining training records and supporting the coordination of employee development and training plans.
- Assisting with compensation and benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and payroll data preparation.
- Maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports, and supporting HR audits, compliance checks, and policy updates.
- Providing administrative support for HR projects and other tasks assigned by the P&C Manager.
