GCS Malta is looking for a Business Builder to work with a leading company in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Building the Malta market from the ground up by translating global strategy into a locally relevant route-to-market model across indirect retail, key accounts, partners, and resellers 
  • Identifying, onboarding, and developing commercial partners while setting standards for distribution, visibility, activation, and execution 
  • Driving product availability and activation across channels to enhance consumer experience and accelerate growth 
  • Leading day-to-day commercial execution, monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and adjusting plans to capture opportunities 
  • Supporting the setup and ongoing development of commercial operations in the Malta market 

The chosen candidate should have experience in B2B sales, key account management and indirect retail. 

This role requires strong commercial acumen, a passion for developing business opportunities and building long-term partnerships, along with a strong analytical mindset. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Fluency in English is required, together with the ability to travel and a valid driving licence.
