GCS Malta is looking for a Team Building Logistics Coordinators to work with one of Malta’s leading companies in events. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing events from setup to dismantling, acting as primary contact
  • Conducting venue site visits and preparing detailed site plans
  • Preparing and carrying out risk assessments for activities and venues
  • Collaborating with team leaders to ensure smooth event execution
  • Coordinating props, equipment, vans, and drivers between warehouse and event teams
  • Checking Resource Management System (RMS) picklists to ensure readiness for events
  • Recruiting, training, and allocating part-time staff for events
  • Managing bookings, logistics, and full event cycles during busy periods
  • Conducting part-time inductions, training, and meetings during lull periods
  • Performing warehouse equipment checks, inventory audits, and RMS updates
  • Building and maintaining supplier and venue relationships, including layout plans
  • Scouting new venues and optimizing costs through alternative methods and suppliers
  • Maintaining detailed contact sheets for venues, suppliers, and staff

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in event coordination, team management or logistics.  

One should have practical experience with warehouse operations and equipment handling, combined with proficiency in site planning and conducting risk assessments. Applicants should possess hands-on knowledge of event logistics and are willing to actively participate in event setup and dismantling.

Strong organizational, problem-solving and proactive skills. A valid driving license is essential.
