The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar, whilst experience in brand retail, trade marketing or consumer engagement is considered an asset.
This role requires strong project management and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a strong execution-focused mindset.

GCS Malta is looking for a Direct Executive - Brand Retail Specialist to work with a leading company in Malta.
Responsibilities
- Delivering brand-led commercialization initiatives across brand retail touchpoints
- Coordinating the development of POS materials, visibility assets, and consumer experience elements
- Tracking initiative performance across the consumer adoption funnel and key KPIs
- Ensuring consistent premium brand look and feel across all retail environments
- Coordinating suppliers, POS installations, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Managing stock and logistics of branding materials
- Acting as a brand ambassador, upholding corporate image and responsible conduct
