The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar, whilst 2-3 years’ experience in sales, trade marketing or commercial roles is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Designing and coordinating commercialization and trade initiatives across indirect retail channels
- Planning and rolling out customized trade activations and promotional boosts
- Leading end-to-end trade projects while ensuring KPI delivery and compliance
- Communicating priorities and execution plans clearly to the field force
- Monitoring performance, execution quality, and budget adherence
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies
