GCS Malta is looking for an HR Executive to work with a leading corporate service provider in Malta. 
 

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations 
• Maintaining and updating employee records and profiles 
• Coordinating the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, evaluations, contract updates, and offboarding 
• Preparing HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and policy updates 
• Supporting recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination 
• Scheduling interviews, appraisals, training sessions, and HR meetings 
• Maintaining HR systems and internal databases 
• Coordinating internal events and employee wellbeing initiatives 
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Maltese employment law 
• Assisting with HR projects and additional departmental tasks 

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR role. 

This role requires a strong understanding of the HR lifecycle and best practices, along with knowledge of Shireburn Software. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Fluency in both English and Maltese is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
