The ideal candidate should have previous experience in gaming or customer service.
One must have excellent communication skills and a professional appearance, along with basic IT proficiency and confidence using electronic gaming systems. Applicants, must be a team player with a flexible approach to work schedules.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required, whilst basic English is essential.

Responsibilities
- Managing gaming tables and games in line with company procedures and regulations
- Starting games promptly within scheduled timeframes
- Greeting players and clearly explaining game rules
- Ensuring fair play and maintaining high security standards
- Keeping tables and surrounding areas organized and presentable
- Reporting equipment issues and supporting operational improvements
- Providing shift handovers and assisting with additional tasks as required
