The ideal candidate must have previous experience in an administrative or HR role.
Ideally, one should have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Fluency in English is a must, whilst Maltese is an asset. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications is essential.

GCS Malta is seeking an HR Clerk to work with one of Malta's leading construction companies.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining employee records, both digital and physical.
- Supporting recruitment processes, including screening CVs and coordinating interviews.
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees and preparing required documentation.
- Monitoring and managing work permit applications via the Identità portal.
- Tracking contract renewals, probation periods, and related HR timelines.
- Assisting with the administration of performance reviews.
- Maintaining HR trackers, filing systems, and record-keeping tools.
- Responding to employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting the organisation of company events and team-building activities.
- Assisting with health and safety documentation and reporting.
