GCS Malta is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a leading international platform in the crypto and banking sector.
 

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via email, chat, and phone in both German and English 
  • Providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support for product and account-related inquiries 
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases when necessary 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve processes 
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system 

The ideal candidate must have previous working experience in a similar role. 

This role demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a patient and empathetic approach.

Fluency in both German and English is essential, along with strong technological proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
