GCS Malta is seeking a Sales Manager to join a dynamic team and drive growth across multiple hotel properties, based in Malta.
 

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring competitor activities and supporting marketing intelligence 
  • Selling to new and existing clients, negotiating optimal rates 
  • Managing and maintaining existing client accounts 
  • Conducting regular sales calls and meetings with target clients 
  • Performing market research and analysis 
  • Planning and conducting site inspections and familiarization tours 
  • Traveling to promote the hotel and generate new business 
  • Monitoring performance and contributing to sales strategy discussions 
  • Preparing and submitting tenders for business opportunities 
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data and performance 
  • Supporting development of new products and services 
  • Evaluating sales and marketing activities 
  • Analyzing sales mix and impact on business objectives 
  • Managing marketing collateral and stock control 
  • Executing advertising and creative briefs within deadline

The selected candidate should have at minimum 2/3 years experience in a similar role. 

This role requires strong knowledge of B2B, corporate, and MICE markets, along with established industry contacts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential.

A high level of English is required, and proficiency in a second language is considered an advantage. Availability to travel is essential.
