GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Settlement & Court Operations Manager to join one of Malta’s leading tech companies.
Applicants must hold an LL.D or M.Adv degree, or an equivalent legal qualification at MQF Level 7 or higher, together with a warrant or registration to practice law in Malta. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required, with at least 2 years in a senior role considered an advantage.
The role requires a strong understanding of AML/CFT laws and international standards, as well as familiarity with EU directives and local legislation applicable to financial, gaming, and other regulated sectors. Proven experience in AML/CFT enforcement processes is essential.
Excellent communication in Maltese and English is a must, as well as proficient use of Microsoft office and standard office tools.

Responsibilities
- Leading settlement procedures in line with unit policy.
- Managing court and enforcement processes, including legal documentation.
- Representing the organization in settlements and court sittings.
- Supervising and supporting the Settlements and Court Litigation team.
- Liaising with external legal counsel and coordinating case resources.
- Conducting performance reviews and reporting to senior management.
- Collaborating with internal teams and supporting case information gathering.
- Providing legal advice to senior management and participating in key committees and meetings.
- Supporting leadership on projects, training, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Representing the organization in external and international engagements.
