GCS Malta is looking for a Sales & Customer Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance group of companies. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients for life insurance products. 
  • Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets. 
  • Following up with prospects to convert opportunities into sales. 
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional products to existing clients. 
  • Preparing quotations and completing new business documentation accurately. 
  • Maintaining up-to-date client records in internal systems. 
  • Supporting clients with policy updates, renewals, and servicing requests. 
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. 
  • Handling client queries via meetings, phone, and email, ensuring prompt resolution. 
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction to drive retention and referrals. 

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong sales ability or a genuine interest in a sales-driven career, with experience in insurance or financial services considered an advantage.

Applicants should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach is essential.
