GCS Malta is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join a leading hospitality group in Malta. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
 

Responsibilities

  • Handling group accommodation enquiries, issuing quotations, negotiating rates, and securing bookings 
  • Supporting revenue generation through strategic pricing, yield management, and market analysis 
  • Monitoring competitor pricing, demand trends, and market conditions to optimise performance 
  • Managing inventory allocation to maximise occupancy and average daily rate 
  • Coordinating group operations, including rooming lists, deposits, PMS updates, and Group Movement Orders 
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with trade partners and key stakeholders 
  • Supporting the use and implementation of CRM and revenue management systems (RMS) tools 

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in hotel sales, particularly within the Groups and MICE segment.

One should have a good understanding of revenue management principles and experience with OTA and channel management. 

Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills are essential within this role.
