The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, office administration or a similar role.
One should have experience with CRM systems, inventory and preventive maintenance tracking, and basic financial administration, including invoicing, petty cash, and payment follow-ups.
Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills with an analytic mindset is essential.

Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction
- Resolving complaints and following up on service issues
- Managing spare parts inventory and coordinating service scheduling
- Overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, records, and contracts
- Processing timesheets, job sheets, and administrative documentation
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and supporting payment follow-ups
- Managing financial records, petty cash, and office administration
- Maintaining service records, reports, and customer interaction logs
- Conducting customer feedback surveys and driving service improvements
- Supporting general operations, training, and additional ad hoc tasks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
