GCS Malta is looking for a Customer Care & Office Administrator to work with leading contracting company in Malta.
 

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction 
  • Resolving complaints and following up on service issues 
  • Managing spare parts inventory and coordinating service scheduling 
  • Overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, records, and contracts 
  • Processing timesheets, job sheets, and administrative documentation 
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, and supporting payment follow-ups 
  • Managing financial records, petty cash, and office administration 
  • Maintaining service records, reports, and customer interaction logs 
  • Conducting customer feedback surveys and driving service improvements 
  • Supporting general operations, training, and additional ad hoc tasks 
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards 

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, office administration or a similar role. 

One should have experience with CRM systems, inventory and preventive maintenance tracking, and basic financial administration, including invoicing, petty cash, and payment follow-ups.

Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills with an analytic mindset is essential.
