The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a senior commercial, sales or business development role within ELV, security systems, building technologies or related technical industries.
One must have a solid understanding of ELV or other technical systems, with a proven track record in B2B sales within project- or solution-based environments.
Applicants must demonstrate experience in leading teams and collaborating across functions, along with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach is essential.

Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the commercial strategy for the ELV division, including sales, marketing, and channel development.
- Leading and mentoring the commercial team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Building and managing a strong B2B sales pipeline across multiple sectors.
- Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with technical teams to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
- Preparing pricing strategies, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Driving brand positioning through targeted B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Conducting market research to track trends, competitors, and new technologies.
- Coordinating with operations and engineering teams for smooth project execution.
- Providing commercial insights to support product development and service improvements.
- Monitoring KPIs, sales performance, and market data to guide strategic decisions.
