GCS Malta is looking for a Technical Sales Executive to work with one of Malta’s leading international companies.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a sales or commercial role, with exposure to customer-facing responsibilities, handling enquiries, negotiating pricing, and providing technical support both on-site and remotely.
This role requires experience with ERP systems as well as managing online sales or e-commerce platforms.
A valid driver's license is required, along with flexibility for attending onsite client meetings and conducting surveys.

Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling company products and services
- Handling sales enquiries via face-to-face meetings, email, phone, and other digital channels
- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable solutions within budget constraints
- Preparing and issuing accurate quotations and related documentation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high service standards
- Maintaining and updating ERP and e-commerce systems
- Supporting administrative tasks within the Commercial Department
- Ensuring the front office area remains organised and presentable
- Covering reception duties when required
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing and review proposals
- Communicating updates to clients and resolving queries efficiently
- Acting as the main contact point for clients during enquiries and quotation processes
- Attending site visits and meetings to assess requirements and recommend solutions
