GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to join one of Malta’s leading FMCG companies.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in fleet management or maintenance coordination, along with a genuine passion for vehicles and a keen eye for both mechanical performance and visual detail.
Strong communication and organizational with a high attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.
One must hold a Category C Driving License or is willing to obtain it.

- Scheduling periodic servicing, inspections, and safety certifications.
- Maintaining precise maintenance logs and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Ensuring all vehicles and equipment meet company standards for performance and appearance.
- Coordinating with parts suppliers and external vendors for repairs.
- Supporting operational teams by guaranteeing daily equipment readiness.
