GCS Malta is looking for an HR Executive to work with a local multidisciplinary and entertainment company within Malta.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar HR role. Experience in hospitality, gaming, or a regulated industry will be considered an advantage.
This role requires a good understanding of Maltese employment law and HR best practices. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience using HR systems would be an advantage.

GCS Malta is looking for an HR Executive to work with a local multidisciplinary and entertainment company within Malta.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and offboarding
- Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with Maltese employment law
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation
- Coordinating training, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications
- Supporting payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Assisting with HR reporting and contributing to HR projects and process improvements
