GCS Malta is looking for a Credit Control Officer to join one of Malta’s leading Hospitals.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role within credit control, debt recovery, or accounts receivable. Experience in a corporate or professional services environment will be considered an asset.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential, coupled with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications and familiarity with accounting systems is essential. Fluency in both Maltese and English is required.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing the debtor ledger to ensure timely collections
- Following up with clients on overdue accounts and resolving payment issues
- Liaising with internal teams to verify billing accuracy and address queries
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and transactions
- Preparing debtor reports, including ageing analysis and payment trends
- Supporting improvements to credit control processes
