GCS Malta is seeking a Credit Controller to work with one of Malta’s leading Industrial companies. The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO and CFO.
The ideal candidate must have a good level of education, whilst 2 years’ experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Applicants must have the ability to reconcile complex debtors’ accounts, coupled with strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese is required.

GCS Malta is seeking a Credit Controller to work with one of Malta’s leading Industrial companies. The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO and CFO.
Responsibilities
- Managing and following up on outstanding debts from group debtors via phone, email, or written communication
- Preparing and sending periodic statements and reminder notices to debtors
- Handling customer queries related to unpaid invoices and resolving payment issues
- Posting incoming payments into the accounting system accurately
- Addressing internal queries related to customer payments
- Updating and maintaining progress reports on collections
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive service and payment information
- Performing general administrative tasks as required by the Directors and CFO
