Responsibilities
- Engaging customers in the showroom and recommending suitable solutions
- Providing detailed product information and guidance
- Managing the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals
- Reconnecting with past clients to maintain relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintaining store organisation and display standards
- Handling stock movement, inventory, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams
- Managing client records and proactively reaching out to new and existing customers
- Ensuring professional communication from quotation to final sale
- Participating in product training and staying updated on products and industry trends
- Preparing and updating reports on CRM systems
