The chosen candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in IT or related, whilst at least 1-3 years’ of experience in an IT support environment is considered an asset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential, together with a patient, organised, and methodical approach.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Providing technical support and guidance to users.
- Maintaining and performing routine maintenance on IT systems.
- Managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Documenting technical issues, solutions, and procedures accurately.
- Coordinating with external IT support providers when necessary.
