GCS Malta is looking for a Key Account Holder to work with a leading contracting company in Malta. The chosen candidate will report directly to the Department Manager. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer communication, answering questions, and resolving issues quickly to keep customers satisfied. 
  • Following up with clients to ensure good service and collect feedback. 
  • Preparing invoices, receipts, payments, and sending payment reminders using SFM. 
  • Working with finance and accounts teams on daily tasks, payments, and account statements. 
  • Setting up and updating client accounts and job contracts in SFM. 
  • Keeping sales, installation, and job records updated, including Excel job lists and contract numbers. 
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping across all systems. 
  • Monitoring stock levels and making sure staff have uniforms and safety equipment. 
  • Supporting communication between sales, clients, and accounts teams as a Key Account Holder. 
  • Organizing training sessions and attending workshops to improve skills and stay updated with industry trends. 

Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.

Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and analytical mindset are essential.
